The size is not in it but it appears to be a 44 regular.  Across the back from pit to pit is 52".

Sleeves have 4 buttons and the front is two button.  

Fabric is camel hair with a fine herringbone.

The condition is very good but the buttons and inside lining show wear.

A great vintage sport coat!
