This is a stamp to celebrate the 1941 coronation of King Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia which at the time was part of French Indochina or Indochine. It is the rarest blue 25 cent version of the three stamps to celebrate his ascendency to the throne. A highly charismatic man, he was a savvy statesman with larger world powers and he returned to power decades after his ouster much as Juan Peron of Argentina.

The stamp is in very good uncertified ungraded condition, only VG because of the hinged back on the otherwise mint stamp. Rare find.
