RETURN POLICY
We stand behind everything that we sell
and will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied. When you receive
purchase that is not 100% satisfied, please email us and we will do our best to

If you still want to return your purchase, simply ship the item(s) back to us
and we will refund your original purchase price less (a) the original shipping
charge, and (b) a handling fee of $15 or 10% (which ever is greater).
We must be notified of the intention to return the items within 5 days of
receiving the item, and in case of the normal postage AU wide, it will be
deemed to receive the item in the 4th day after posted out. The original items
must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt. Please be aware that all
items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.
Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received. All
returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued.
