Measures approx 4" x 9" when closed and folds open to a  25.5" x 22" size. 

There is some mild surface discoloration and some wear at edges. No tears on edges- tiny separations at 2 middle fold crease junctions. Some darkening on backside which doesn't affect quality of map. A nicer example might be hard to find.
