Twin Shotgun Coaxial Cable Assemblies – Ultra Low Loss

Twin Shotgun Coaxial Cable Assemblies (MM-195-SC) is an Ultra Low Loss, Siamese Cable Assembly, designed as 2 cables moulded together to achieve professional cable runs.

The Twin Shotgun Coaxial Cable Assemblies are designed to be used in conjunction with any cross polarised antenna operating in the frequency of DC-6GHz.

Typically, the Shotgun Coaxial Cable is used to extend a MIMO 3G/4G/5G antenna from the router, in order to increase the height of the antenna.

Why Choose Twin Shotgun Coaxial Cable Assemblies?

Twin Shotgun Series Coaxial Cable Assemblies have excellent reliability, unsurpassed flexibility and ultra low attenuation. The 195 Shotgun cable is a drop in performance upgrade for RG-58 and RG-142 with additional benefits of achieving a professional and neat cable run.

Twin Shotgun Coaxial Cable Assemblies – Ultra High Performance

The Twin Shotgun 195 Series Coaxial Cable is higher performance than competing RG cables due to the cable construction specifications. The centre conductor uses a high conductivity, Bare copper clad covered aluminium centre conductor material. The dielectric is nitrogen injected, foamed, closed cell, Polyethylene which helps achieve 80% Velocity of Propagation in each cable. The Dielectric has an Aluminium foil outer conductor, which is chemically bonded on to it. Due to the cable construction, the attenuation is significantly lower, and VP is higher as compared to single shielded RG coaxial cables.

MM-195-SC =80% VP

RG-58= 66% VP

RG-142= 69% VP

Outer Jacket

Twin Shotgun Coaxial Cable is a UV resistant, UPVC Jacket. This helps to ensure the cable jacket can withstand harsh outside environments and UV rays from sunlight. The PVC jacket allows additional benefits such as more flexibility and ease of separation of the cables when performing connector termination.

Frequency Operating Band

195 Siamese Cable is designed to operate excellent from DC – 6GHz.
