How Do You Deliver? We use Royal Mail for smaller packages and recognised courier companies for larger items. We post Royal Mail items everyday and courier companies on a next day service. Please check listings and our full terms and conditions for more details. Some items are on a longer lead time.

Changed Your Mind? No problem. Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your item and we will issue you with a returns number. Simply return the item to us within 7 days unopened and we will refund in full. 

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving furniture. Photos of packaging and goods must be sent. A claim process will be opened in accordance with manufacturer and courier terms and conditions. We cannot accept any damage claim where an attempt has been made to build any flat packed furniture or we do not receive sufficient evidence in the correct time. All items must be checked before attempting any construction.

What if its faulty? Let us know, we will be able to advise further depending on the fault.
