Change of mind/ Unwanted item(s)

Customer can return the unwanted order(s) within 30 days upon receipt at customer's own cost. Item(s) must be returned in brand new, resalable condition.

Item Damaged During Transit

If item has been damaged during transit, please send us clear photos of the damaged item within 48 hours upon receipt. We'll offer a replacement or issue a full refund.

Item Lost During Transit

Tracking number will be provided once item has been shipped. If item has been confirmed lost during transportation, we will arrange a replacement or a refund for the confirmed lost case.
