Book is in good condition with some shelf/handling wear to the covers edges, corners and sides (see photos 4 thru 7). Additionally, there is a 1/2 split on the spine (see photo 9), and a Philadelphia Kiwanis stamp on the inside of the front cover and the first page (see photo 9). All pages and maps are intact and in good shape with no writing, markings, or highlighting. Lastly, there is an imprint from something that was in between the last 2 pages (see photo 10).
