The 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade "Kholodny Yar" (93rd OMBr, military unit A1302, sub-unit B2830) is a formation of mechanized troops as part of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the number of a brigade. Place of deployment — Cherkaske village (Novomoskovskiy district, Dnipropetrovsk region). It is part of the Operational Command "East".
From the very beginning, he participated in the war in the east of Ukraine with Russia. The units of the brigade went through the fiercest battles of the war, including the battles near Ilovaisk and Donetsk airport.
Since the beginning of the war in 2022, the 93rd OMbr defended Ukraine in various directions: Sumyshchyna, Kharkiv, Izyum, Balaklia, Bakhmut and Soledar.
The brigade bears the honorary name "Kholodny Yar" - in honor of the historical area of Dnipro Ukraine, which became famous for its rebels.
