Chalkine by Pauline Denham is a vintage (the '50's), twisted ply yarn made of a blend of rayon and cotton. It is also labeled California Dress Yarn. The origin of this yarn is Petaluma, CA. This listing is for a lot of full & partial skeins (weighed to confirm-see below) in a red; 2 are missing their wrappers and have been rolled into cakes, but those with wrappers have the same dye lot.
