1994 Jingle Bull is not numbered and appears to be signed by the artist (Mary Rhyner). There is writing in the number section and I think it says AR6number (GUESSING), but I had to pull a sticker off of the bottom and am afraid to clean any more residue in case I remove something important. The item is signed Mary with a heart. I have not authenticated the signature, please look at the photos and make your own determination. I am definitely not an expert.  

2000 Got Milk, bought this at the same sale, not signed. no. II2MME2. Measures 4" high, 3.5" long, 2" deep.
