- 1/3 cup organic sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups Lakanto Pancake and Baking Mix
- 4 tbsp organic cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp organic coconut oil
Putting Together the Cinnamon Rolls
1. Mix all ingredients in dough to a large bowl until a dough is formed. If too thick, add more water.
2. Place dough onto parchment paper. Top with an additional sheet of parchment paper and roll out. Don't roll it too thin.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together butter, sweetener, and cinnamon. Spread on top of the dough evenly.
4. Now roll the dough. It’s sticky so use the parchment paper to assist you.
5. Lift one end of the parchment paper slightly to allow the dough to roll over itself,
lay it back flat and then roll it again, repeat until you’ve formed a large roll.
6. Use a sharp knife and cut into 10-12 even rolls.
7. Place the rolls into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Place into the oven at 375 degrees for 15-20 mins.
8. Remove them from the oven once they begin to brown & set them aside to cool for 5-10 mins.
9. Drizzle glaze over cooled rolls and serve warm!
