Antique Goodbrand & Co Stalybridge Yarn Wool Winder Testing Scale early 1900's

This portable scale was used by merchants for testing the strength of wool / cotton and is made of wood and brass.

It is in very good condition with normal scratches, marks and knocks from use. A little piece of the corner on the wood base has been cut off but in no way detracts from the the appeal of this piece.
