Brand new in an open box. This Treo has never been used and all of the accessories are still wrapped in their original packaging.

I removed the battery and inserted it into the phone to make sure that it still held a charge. To my surprise it fires right up, so no worries about the battery being drained from storage.

The exterior box has a tear on the front cover from where someone tried to open the box without cutting the original seal.

This is a PCS model from EarthLink Wireless.

All manuals, paperwork, and original software cd are included.
