Orders ship UPS to a physical address only (No PO/APO boxes). If you need an order shipped to a PO/APO box, please contact us PRIOR to ordering and we will try to do a Special Order for you. During busy times, some popular items may run on back-order. If an item is on back-order, we will notify you within 24 hours to give you the option to cancel and refund or wait for the item. If you wish to wait for an item, we will try to discount the item for you to compensate for the wait.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
Once an order is placed, the order is sent to the shipping warehouse within 30 minutes, therefore, any changes or cancellations cannot be made after that time period. If you need to make any changes or cancel an order, you must notify us immediately.
RETURNS:
We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date you received your item. The item must be returned in its original condition. If an item was shipped in shrink-wrap and is returned with the shrink-wrap removed, there may be a deduction to the refund for returning a used item. If the return was due to an issue on our part, we will pay return shipping. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Buyers that circumvent the return process in order to not pay for return shipping are reported to Ebay.
