Miniatures are highly detailed, easy to paint and useful for modelling conversions. The plastic can even be treated with hot water to bend crooked limbs and feelers! All miniatures come pre-assembled and unpainted, photos of painted examples are for illustrative purposes only. 

Cardboard or card accessories not included. Clear plastic bases and stands (seen in one or two of the Flying Polyp photos) are not included.

I always send items within a week of receiving payment and often within a couple of days, adding tracking details once the item has been dispatched. You're welcome to contact me at any time for further details of where your parcel is up to. 

The delivery service will either be Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Hermes. Parcels are sent tracked to ensure they reach their destination and tracking information will be provided. Please note for expensive items a signature may be required at your end.


Refunds and returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me before leaving feedback so we can work out a solution.

We occasionally receive return requests and accept returns up to two weeks after delivery. Buyers should note before purchasing that postage costs we incur will be deducted from the refund. Receipt of postage will be provided to clarify any deductions.
