- The only multivit that works! On the 8th Month of August 2017; - Loaded with essential nutrients. Suitable for women. I love how the tablets are easy to swallow even if they're big AF. I normally take it 30 mins after breakfast. No stomach upset. It just gives me the urge to pee frequently and give it a slightly yellow color which I have no problem without.
