If for any reason a part is received in an unsatisfactory condition,  REFUSE from carrier, please contact us  through Ebay. We will try to respond within 24hrs unless it is a Weekend or Holiday. I ship everything insured thru the carrier so if it arrives damaged please  REFUSE  and contact me and the carrier. All returns must be shipped insured and adult signature required.  For damaged shipments, you must keep all packing material and send me photos of damage.
