This discontinued pencil was originally distributed by Helix and is new. It has never been used and is in perfect condition. It does not include the original packaging. The sleeve retracts when not in use and includes an eraser under the cap. The barrel is plastic except for the middle spacer, the nose of the pencil and the cap which are metal. The internal mechanism is brass. The internal threads are brass as well. The pencil was made in South Korea.
