This dried blend is created at the end of our growing season using all of the left over super-hot peppers that remain un-ripened, before we over-winter or pull pepper plants from our gardens and greenhouses. These peppers have not fully matured and do not have quite the same intense heat levels of a fully ripened pepper of the same type, but none-the-iess, are still in the 500,000+ to 1,500,000+ SHU range!
Mix includes the following un-ripened peppers: Carolina Reapers.7-Pot varieties, Ghost varieties, Trinidad Moruga Scorpion varieties, Apocalyptic Scorpions, Habanero varieties, Naga Vipers, Fatalii's, Gourmet Fatalii Jigsaw, Dragons Breath, Devils Tongue and more!
