USED Hauppauge WinTV PVR 1600 Model 1199 . This is a device that I have used in various desktop computers since about 2009, and it continues to work well. It only fits in a standard PCI slot (not PCI-E) and thus would not be usable on most of the current system boards available new at this time. Also, the RFI shield covering the circuitry for the upper coax input (the regular NTSC analog antenna/cable signal) is absent (but I had no problem with signal interference; it is likely possible to find a piece of metal that can be placed there). It also has a separate input for unencrypted ATSC/QAM digital reception along with S-video connection and 3.5mm analog stereo sound (those connectors are not included). I was able to use it on a Windows 10 system most recently; you will need to download/install the software for that product (WinTV 7 program and driver package) from the mfr.'s website after mounting it on the motherboard.
