I am offering an absolute collectible from a Viennese estate. Found in an old apartment in the heart of Vienna.
I am not an expert in such objects, but this item is vintage and seems to be rare with the 8 eyes! Please see pics and judge yourself. In my opinion it is probably from the period 1900-1960.
It is marked with the name of the manufacturer / distributor "Gustaf JACOBI, Wien, Kärntnerstraße 47". Kärntnerstraße is the best address in Vienna. The shop / manufacturer does not exist anymore for a long time.
I could not find any info about the brand or the shop at that address, I assume this is pre-WW2.
Condition is excellent. Wonderful color. Shows almost no signs of use and is still beautiful and glossy.
The item weighs about 69 grams. I measure 48mm which is about 1.9 inches.

I am located in Vienna, Austria, EU and ship from here. Although all parcels go by airmail, sometimes it can take a bit longer than expected. An average parcel, e.g. to the USA, takes about 10-14 business days to arrive. Sometimes it can also take 3-4 weeks. There are customs and security checks involved that sometimes delay the shipment.
Especially smaller parcels (up to 1kg), get in many cases upgraded at my costs to priority parcel mail (depends on the weight and destination). Still there is no guaranteed shipping time.
Carriers I use are the Austrian Post, DHL (large parcels) and sometimes smaller carriers like Hermes and GLS. In your country the parcels will be delivered with a local carrier (e.g. USPS in the USA).
