Shipping:

We ship most orders by close of business same or next business day.  Some items have longer lead times - handling times and shipping methods are stated above under the Shipping and handling tab.

Standard shipping may take up to 10 business days once shipped not including weekends and holidays.  It does not matter where you live.  It does not matter what ebay quotes.  It does not matter what the carrier says.  If you want it faster, select an expedited option at check out or contact us BEFORE purchasing.

Ebay's shipping estimates are not provided by us, and are not accurate.  If you wish expedited shipping, please contact us BEFORE placing the order as we are unable to accommodate expedited shipping requests once the order is placed.

If your product arrives damaged - please let us know within 72 hours from delivery and we'll take care of the problem. 

Returns:

We are happy to accept returns on any unused part in the original packaging.   

We charge up to a 50% restocking fee plus return shipping on installed or used parts regardless of reason for return.  Diagnose carefully.  Often with electrical parts like control boards, another item may have failed and shorted out the control board.

Defective or broken parts do not need to be returned - we will be happy to send a replacement.  Please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
