Offered is a 3 5/8" master salt spoon with fluted bowl in pure coin silver made by Watson Leverett Hoskins  born 1830 Canaan Ct.  The spoon is monogrammed with the letter P.  It was made prior to 1860 as Hoskins partnered from 1860-1875 with Wells Isbell in Owego NY.  Condition is very good.
