Vintage PINK Betty Oden Dress 4 Full Ruffled Frilly Circle Floral Party Pageant. 

Dress is in excellent vintage condition with the exception of the elastic on the sleeves.  I think it may need to be replaced.

Cotton Blend Pink Floral.   It may need a soak, I have not washed.
