  • 356 - 32331 Koito 12V
  • suzuki part number (35185 - 08A60)  generally a 1985 or 1986 model in silver livery.
  • Module has replaceable  12v mini relays, and diodes.
  • Bonus male plug from harness into module and copper fittings included (We recommend changing it also)
  • This model generally does not have a parker bulb inside the headlight (3.5watt Ba9S bulb), or a parker position (S position) on right hand switch or generally does not have a pass (overtake P- high beam on horn button) but module will work regardless if it does.
  • Detailed instructions with troubleshoot provided (to sort some of your other issues relating to the headlight included.) Please read them- there's a good chance you have other issues that blew your old module. E.g faulty handlebar switch, faulty motor, butchered wiring, incorrect module purchased prior.
  • Circuit diagram supplied when all else fails.
  • Note- This module has only been sealed at plug with hot glue gun- back plate can unscrew to replace relays ( mini type relay x2) lightly seal the back if desired then knife off if required. Seal the whole thing but loose the option to replace a burnt out relay.The original OEM module was sealed tight with epoxy but positioned behind the open headlight, the headlight design funnelled rainwater directly over the module and plugs- We suggest many OEM modules were shorted by this way.
  • Note - Some very early 1985 SF S4 models had a different module- mixed on production line. Check yours has 8 pins in the 10 space plug.
  • NOTE- Possibly a 9 x pin OEM module has been incorrectly purchased in the past by the previous bike owner and not worked (as correct part number was not used), when you actually needed an 8x pin module. Count the pins inside the Male plug on the wiring harness side to be sure you had the correct module to start with, as most website partlists only list the one model katana -SE 1984 white one -hence one part number, one type purchased incorrectly.

  • All modules numbered and filmed being tested before shipping, as an electrical item with many variables to damage we cannot understandably offer warranty but will assist in its repair.
