New vintage item, unused and unworn:                                                                                                                                                                       This 1911 Weapon Belt Buckle by Bergamot Brass Works has a lifelike look. The weapon's rendering is quite intriguing, showing the details of the slide, barrel, action, safety, cocking mechanism and magazine release in impressive accuracy. Even the diamond checkered grip, made to look a little distressed and giving the impression of a weapon worn down by years of use adds to the realism of the artwork. The distressed look is intentional, an artistic expression to make the buckle look more interesting and original. It gives the beholder food for thought and is a great conversation piece.
