The CHORD ClearwayX Interconnect Cable is an upgraded version of the C-Line Interconnect Cable with ARAY's unique conductor configuration for effective interference suppression, minimizing capacitance, and delivering high detail and dynamic sound. The conductors of the Clearway interconnect cable have an increased cross-section and are made of purified oxygen-free OFC copper, cross-linked polyethylene XLPE is used as a dielectric. High-density foil winding protects the signal from electromagnetic interference.

The RCA connectors feature the brand's proprietary VEE 3 design, featuring a lightweight ABS plastic outer shell and a unique pad silvering process. The center pin is insulated with Teflon, and the connector design and ABS outer sheath provide good strain relief without compressing the cable and degrading performance. All these factors improve signal transmission over a wide frequency range, which is especially noticeable at low and high frequencies. The cable received five stars from Hi-Fi Choice.
