Warranty
1. Most of our parts come with 30 days warranty unless otherwise specified in the advert. Some parts come with 14 days warranty. Please read our T & C's
2. All parts sold by us are security marked and exchange/return/refund is only applicable if the item has not been security void.
3. If you receive an item damaged please reject the delivery. Please sign as damaged and return with the same courier back to us. We appreciate it is not always possible to inspect on delivery. If this is the case then please inspect the item for visual damage ASAP after receiving it. It will help us making the claim against the courier. This info will be required by us to process your refund.
4. If exchange not possible, all refunds will be given within 7 working days from receiving the part back. Please note that No refunds for damaged in transit parts will be processed if they are made after 7 days from the delivery date.
4. We aim to provide as much as possible information in each description. In case when part is faulty or wrongly supplied by us, refund or exchange will be offered with no additional cost to the buyer.
5. We will charge the postage if the wrong part is ordered before we raise the refund.

2. We will provide most suitable delivery option based on customer personal requests. This includes economy, express, next day, Saturday and even Sunday delivery.
3. If you are based in remote area of UK please check following terms. On parts weight more than 2kg or package size over 45x25x16 cm delivery charge will be applied to following areas: Scottish Highlands, The Islands and Northern Ireland. Postcodes includes but not limited to IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20 -49, PA60 -78, PH17 -26, PH30 -44, PH49 -50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21 -25. 4. We do post glass however this not covered by any warranty or money back guarantee because the couriers do not want to take responsibility for damaged units. Customer should be aware that every glass panel dispatched is only at their own risk. We package every panel in best possible way however we not able to oversee handling during delivery.
