Returns:

This Item that was purchased from Mooglyz  may be returned within 14-days for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please complete and include Return/Exchange forms with shipment label. Any Returns received without proof of a tracking number or any necessary documentation will receive a STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please note that the customer will be responsible to ship back the merchandise unless it is a defect on our end . Returns must be sent back with a tracking number, as well as a 10% restocking fee will apply to any accepted returns.  However, If the item was opened and consumer wants a return,  our 14 day policy to exhange/ store credit  will be void as we are only the reseller, and any issue MUST be taken up with the manufacturer of this item directly.  

PLEASE NOTE:  Shipping is NOT Refundable. A 20% restocking fee will apply to any accepted returns that require cleaning, repair, or repackaging. Any shipments of merchandise that are refused by the customer are subject to outbound and inbound shipping charges which will be charged directly to the customer,  even if the shipping was free.  Please allow up to 2-weeks for processing of any returns and or exchanges.
