I'm considering this new since it is still mounted on the card it came with. The card has been torn in half and we have both halves so it could be put back together again. It is a whistle that is in the shape of a cowboy and it is a pretty neat old toy well made and how many do you see still on the original card it came with. see photos It is 3" high and 1/2" across. see photos
