Postage

Items will be posted within three days of payment being received, normally next day depending upon other commitments.

Please note this item will be posted Second class mail, just lately I have a few problems with the delivery time and I am aware that this item can take up to two weeks to be delivered, in this current climate there is nothing I can do about this, so please bear this in mind when ordering.

Refunds

Please note refunds will only be issued once the item has been returned to me at your expense, A simple email can save both parties a lot of stress and time.

Please allow 7 to 10 working days from the date I have received the item to enable me to check the item and the refund processed.

Please ensure you return the goods as received within 14 days of them arriving with you. The returned goods are your responsibility until they are delivered back to me.

Each item will be security tagged and images recorded to ensure no item is switched.
