CUSTOMIZATION INSTRUCTIONS:

To create your custom labels, we will need you to message us via eBay with
(1) Names (in the order you prefer)
(2) Date (in preferred number format, such as "12-29-16" or "12.29.2016")



PRODUCTION & SHIPPING:
These labels will be shipped out within 3-5 business days, after receiving payment & customization information.

If you have any question regarding when you will receive the labels, please message us *before* placing an order, with your United States zip code.  We will respond as quickly as possible to get you an estimated delivery time frame.  If timing is a concern, we offer priority shipping as an option (which is generally delivered 2-4 business days after received by the post office).  Items ordered with priority shipping will also get moved to the front of our production queue. 

We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we can guarantee production times and how soon we will get your order to the post office (which is 3-5 business days, as long as we have payment and needed customization details).  The only exception to this is if we have posted that we will be away.

We strongly recommend ordering at least 2-3 weeks prior to when you need your order, as shipping time is not guaranteed with first class.  Please consult with us before ordering if you need your order within 10 days or less - sometimes it may be possible, but other times it simply is not. (We do normally check eBay messages daily, though this is less likely on weekends or when we post that we will be out of the office.)
