We bought this new, and my wife used it twice. She decided a motorized bath chair was more to her liking, so this has been in a corner in the laundry area normally with baskets of clothes, and occasionally my tool tote, sitting on it.
The seat rotates, and the thin pad cam be removed for cleaning. I washed every part in warm, soapy water before reboxing it.
