VINTAGE AFRICAN AMERICAN KEWPIE DOLL, STAMPED ON NECK JESCO 1993, 17 IN TALL. Has plastic yellow heart navel button that makes her hair grow. Battery box in back. Takes 3 AAA batteries. Doesn't work but not corroded so it may be fixed. Arms rotate at socket even though it's cloth.  Small white spot on forehead and on the back of her head.
