No idea what these are. Measure 4" across. Put top in base and they spin forever (or so it seems). Days of the week indicated on each leaf. Might have been fortune telling, game accessory, ??? Anyway, they are unique (at least I couldn't find any others) and kind of cool in an old vintage way.
