Truly a rare find, this model is for a perfectly working Cambridge Sound Works Henry Kloss Model 88 High Performance AM/FM with backlighted digital display.
Its a “no frills” AM/FM receiver with amazing sound quality. Just plug it into the wall and power it on.
All buttons are responsive. Unit powers on quickly. It has that nice, “heavy sound” you’d expect from a unit with a very small footprint. AM/FM stations tune in perfectly. Memory presets work as they should. Volume controls work. The clock works perfectly! The backlight works as it should!
The cabinet seems to be in great shape. There’s a small crack on the rear right side (pictured below) .
Outputs pictured below. They will accommodate a CD or external digital audio device with the appropriate cables.
The power cord is all original and hasn’t been replaced or modified.
Remote and antennna are not included but they can be purchased online (although I didn’t need an antenna when I tested it). The radio can operate on its own without the remote.
