 THESE NOSE PINS ARE FROM MY FAMILY JEWELER IN NEW DELHI, INDIA, AND MY FAMILY HAS TRUSTED HIM FOR OVER 40 YEARS. 

THE NOSE ring/PIN is 22 K solid GOLD, NOT GOLD PLATED. YOU CAN WEAR it FOR DAILY USE. I DO NOT HAVE CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY THOUGH. 

A ruler IS SHOWN FOR SIZE COMPARISON, AND I HAVE ALSO PUT THEM ON TO SHOW YOU HOW THEY LOOK ON MY NOSE (WORN ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF TAKING PICTURES, AND WIPED WITH AN ANTISEPTIC TOWEL LATER). 

RULER IS ALSO SHOWN FOR SIZE- APPRX 1 CM OUTER diameter or 0.39". 

This nose ring is brand new from India. Goods sold in small shops there often come without tags. I am selling you a brand new item. I do sell used items as well, but I am an honest seller with 3912++ feedback, so if this item was used, I would sell it as pre-owned. 

It has a round loop shape with 7 synthetic ruby red crystals, attached to a plain gold section in the back.

The crystals are "channel set", so encased in gold. 

 You have to push down on the thin stem to open it.

It has a latch shut system, so you can open it as shown in one photo, and then PRESS click it shut after putting it on. 

There are crystals on the front of the nose ring,  but not on the inside part. 

 IT IS 18 GAUGE THICKNESS. 

 VERY CUTE TRADITIONAL design NOSE pin!!

Tough to find in USA except from an Indian jewelry store.
