Know in the Military as Cats Eyes as each band has 2 sewn on glow on the dark reflective tabs to identify friendly allies.

Elasticated & will stretch to fit all helmets. Will fit all common helmets: M1, M52, M51, PASGT etc

Uses: Glowing cat eyes help to retain formation during night marches. 

Glowing cat eyes provides identification of allies without the use of night vision goggles.
