Here is a Graniteware Covered Sink Strainer in White with Blue Trim.  This is a VERY RARE form!  The hinged cover swings up to cover the strainer or under the strainer to make a drip tray.  The perforated bottom has 3 indentations that protrude to form the feet.  It measures about 8 1/2".
