This fan is in perfect working condition. The unit had very little use and this fan should last you a long time. I pulled it from a perfectly working unit since it is easier to sell the parts for me than to sell the unit due to its shipping weight and size. Someone may need to repairs their unit and it can fix their issue for sure, if the person taking up the repair job know what he is doing.
