COLORS

To ensure that you receive the color you desire, YOU MUST LEAVE A "NOTE TO SELLER" during checkout or contact us through an eBay message. Please include the COLOR to prevent shipping delays. I need this information to make your decal. I will contact you if I do not get this info. If I do not get a response, I reserve the right to cancel and refund this order.

SHIPPING

All our items are packaged and sent in a 6x9 inch manila envelope. They will include instructions on how to use your decal when it arrives. We process orders Monday through Friday. If all information is supplied promptly to cut your custom decal/sticker, it typically takes two days to process your order. Depending on the size of your decal, it may come folded between the letters to make it fit into the envelope. All of our orders have free standard shipping, and depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to receive. If you need expedited shipping with tracking, select that at checkout. 

Note: We do NOT provide tracking on standard free shipping unless you upgrade to first-class package shipping via the checkout. First-class mail takes 2-3 business days and will come with tracking for faster delivery. Items sent with free shipping are mailed with postage stamps.
