Dreamsiciles at the North Pole, Danbury Mint lighted Christmas decoration, comes in original box with packing, takes 4 AA batteries that are not included, I have not seen any chips but there is so much going on that there may be something small, the lights work except the star on the igloo and  I don't remember if it is supposed to light or not, I'm sure it  is dusty, - it's always been in the box when not in use
