1983 My Little Pony Show Stable

This is in good condition and has been well kept but it needs a clean. I was hesitant to clean it because it’s so old, so selling as is. Additionally there are a lot of discoloration spots on the white plastic unsure if this can be cleaned or if it’s from aging, selling as is. Also some staining on the stickers, please see all images!

Structure is in great shape, roof can be a little finicky when opening at hinges but overall solid made toy/collectible.
