1. Please check your car's center console and see whether there is an air-conditioning cover. If there is, you can remove it to the container and then install this unit in your car perfectly.
2. If your car's original radio is 4.3" or 7" screen with 12 pins plug, or you have the navigation drive located in the rear of your car, you need to order an extra 6m extension cable to aid for the installation. (XTRONS EXL005 & EXL007 are compatible).
3. If you want to install this unit in your Rover 75 (1999-2005), MG ZT (2001-2005) vehicles, you need to cut the trimming of this unit in both sizes and order an extra ISO wiring harness from us (XTRONS AK/PSP9046B/ISOCBL02 is compatible, need it, please contact us. If your radio harness is 17 pin like the picture, then you don't need order this cable.
Caution: Please make sure that all the functions operate properly before trimming.
4. Please check if your car's radio antenna port is in the car's trunck, you need to order a radio antenna extension cable and an antenna adapter (XTRONS FZMF and ISOFZ) to finish the installation.
5. Please check if your car's radio antenna port is inside the console, you need to order an adapter cable (XTRONS ISOFZ) to finish the installation.
6. If there is a blue 12pin plug in your car, you need to order this cable to aid for the installation. (XTRONS BMWDSP01 is compatible.)
7. If your car has fibre optic amplifier system, you need order a decoder to aid for the installation.( XTRONS FOBB05 is compatible.)
8. If there is DSP (Digital Sound Processing) button in your factory radio, or your car has digital sound system like "Harman Kardon", you need to order an extension cable to aid for the installation. (XTRONS EXL007 is compatible).

We arrange the shipment within one working day after the payment is cleared by our side as long as buyer's PayPal account is verified or shipping address is confirmed by PayPal. We do not ship to P.O BOX addresses; please provide non-P.O BOX address and valid phone number for us to avoid delay in shipping.

Warranty and Return Policy
Warranty Repair Period: 90 Days Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is not working properly, please inform us with a description of the problem via eBay message or email and we will promptly respond with return information to get your item exchanged or repaired.

1. Replacement is available within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
2. Contact us prior to shipping us any returns so we can keep your return information in record. This will enable us to process your returns quickly, and we will provide you a RMA that is required.
Non-defective Return
1. Contact us within 14 days from the original date of purchase.
2. If the returned item is brand new and still factory sealed, we will only charge you the outgoing shipping costs that were paid to get the original item to you.
3. If the item comes back to us in used or open box condition, there will be restocking fee besides the shipping charge.
Return Shipping
We will cover all outgoing shipping costs incurred to ship the item to you for defective return.
The return shipping costs required to ship the item back to us, are always paid by the customer.
Warranty would be invalid for following conditions
1. Damage caused by: accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, improper handling or improper assembly.
2. Damage caused by improper packaging when buyers return the item to us.
