This double-sided advertisement is in very good condition, other than some surface wear in the bottom right-hand corner of the Veedol Motor Oil ad featured on the backside of the American Meat Institute ad; this surface wear affects some of the typography in this area along with the Tide Water Associated Oil Company logo in this corner (this wear is not visible in the image provided although it is present). Fortunately, this surface wear is hardly noticeable on the reverse side where the American Meat Institute ad is featured; it can only faintly be seen in the sunny side up egg corned beef hash dish which is hard to detect even when closely examining.
