Could not make out manufacturer but does have markings ( Looks like Cle in beginning just not certain )

Is about 28" tall from top to bottom , bottom platform is 6" x 6 in.

Center widest is about 7 in. x 7 in.

Cord in good undamaged condition as well.

Comes as shown - No shade and so fourth

Do not know age would speculate from 50's - 60's but also unsure.
