The Tek 2467B is the image intensifying version of the 2465B which was the last and best performing (4 channels 400MHz) portable analog scope Tek made (1989-1996), so you can't get any better! It is ideal for looking at low rep rate fast transients and detecting infrequent jitters (if you don't look at such demanding signals you can save by getting my 2465B). It is also the last series Tek made to be repairable.  Years from now 2467Bs could still be active while their less repairable, younger (SMT populated, without published schematics) digitizing relatives get tossed out. It cost new $13000, but you can now get it for just a tiny fraction.
