Presented for your consideration

A regal lamp with 2 protruding side flowers and a center leaf, all in excellent condition.  Supported by 4 claw feet on a round reticulated base, this lovely light retains a gold finish seemingly free of major surface blemishes.  The lamp has been professionally updated, including a new fabric bronze wire and plug, a dual socket assembly and a riser to support a dream shade.  Unused since the update, it has been sitting in storage for over 15 years.  Although new, the sockets have been affected by the passage of time and the pull chains do not move.  One socket is on and the other remains off.  A simple cleaning and lubrication may be all that is required.

I have given this lamp a cursory cleaning and leave the rest to the buyer's discretion.

I acquired this piece with a handsome hoard of lamps and period parts from established antiquities dealers over the years for my lighting business. I am saddened by its departure but also delighted it may be lovingly received and put to good service by new caretakers.  This listing is for a genuine artifact of a bygone era that will be a pleasure to welcome into a new home.
