Shipping Information

Each item is made to order and will take approximately 2-3 working days to make. Please note that during the months of November, December & January we get extremely busy and thus delivery times may take longer than one week. All items will be shipped via Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class service. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days.

Return Policy

At Bespoke Controllers, we offer a 14-day return policy on all faulty items starting from the day the item is delivered. During this period if you discover a fault with the item then you are able to return it for a full refund. The item must be returned in all original packaging with the warranty sticker. If the warranty sticker is removed or damaged, then your warranty is void. This warranty covers the electrical functionality of the controller and does not cover general wear and tear. 

If the controller is not in its original packaging or the customer notifies Bespoke Controllers after the 14 days, then your refund request will be refused. Once the controller arrives back to us, the controller will be tested and if the fault is evident then the item can be refunded.

We test all custom controllers using only official Microsoft headsets, therefore, Bespoke Controllers cannot be held liable for any 3rd party headsets not working with the controller.
